All reverse pick up by FOXBOX would be only done for manufacturing defects not in case the user wishes to change his products / size of the apparels. subject to the following conditions:

• • Item(s) must be returned within 07 days of purchase.
• • All Replacements cases are considered within 7 days after the date of delivery.
• • FOXBOX reserves the final right of refusal or acceptable for exchange.
• • All reverse pick up by FOXBOX would be only done for manufacturing defects not in case the user wishes to change the products / size of the apparel.

Received something faulty?

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry) we will happily willing to provide a replacement product provided the item is returned within a 7 working days time.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Returns: Returns/Replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Requests for the same shall only be accepted within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.

Incase of Apparels, if size issues are there it cannot be changed or replaced once the order is dispatched / delivered. PSL employee to check the size chart provided and select the size as per the same. In case if PSL employee has received a defective product / apparel the same should be informed to FOXBOX within 24-48 Business Hours of the delivery of the order.

If the item is received damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence of the damaged items within 24-48 Business Hours of receiving the products. Post verifying we will send the replacement.

Cancellation: Orders once processed cannot be cancelled.

FOXBOX reserves the final right of refusal or acceptable for exchange.
